Billing Support

Have a question about your bill or looking to change your stream? Give our billing department a call – they can help get your station back on track.

 

Limited Free Phone Support

Cost: Free
Confused on how to set up your stream and already tried our Free 24/7 Online Support? Give our technical support a call and they can see if they can solve your problem.
Please note: There is a 10 minute time limit imposed on these calls; after 10 minutes a $35 Per Hr. charge will be charged for the call.

 

Emergency Phone Support

Cost: Free (If Problem is on Itrackradio End)
Station down and you can’t seem to connect to your server? We’re there 24/7 for you! Give us a call and we’ll fix things.
Please note: If the problem is not an issue with Itrackradio then a $60 charge will be charged for the call. Any time after working hours.
